I began my romance with the art of adornment at the tender age of 3, nipping beads from my godmother’s workbench. After studying metalworking in Spain and Washington DC, and working as a professional costumer in Massachusetts and Ohio, art and I have finally run away together. This blog will document our unfolding adventure.
My creations reflect a strong influence from the art nouveau and deco adornments I grew up with, as well as the beauty I see in the electronic and mechanical objects of our daily lives.
When I’m not playing with beads, metal, feathers, wire, and fire, I can occasionally be found dancing.

Our original metalwork is cast in reclaimed silver at the Greenest refinery in the USA. Whenever possible, we buy components from family businesses, and include vintage parts from small antique shops around this country as well as fair trade components from around the world.
