These are over 10 yards of fabric each! They were a painful amount of labor but I am thrilled with the way the carefully appliquéd spirals catch the light. I was able to integrate a variety of textures and patterns without disrupting the movement of the dance. They remain as light as 10 feet of fabric can possibly be and are successfully much more interesting than your typical pleated Wings of Isis.
